If you list your home with me, I'll put together a comprehensive marketing plan:
- I will devote a full page of this web site to your property, with photos of the interior and exterior. That link will be included in all flyers, newspaper ads, yard signs, brochures and other marketing materials directed toward the sale of your property.
- Advertising in the Saturday Homes section of the Reno-Gazette Journal, which reaches an audience of approximately 63,000 newspaper subscribers. The full-page, color ad is strategically placed on the right side page of the publication. Your ad will run for at least three consecutive weekends, which means consistant exposure in the best print publication for home buyers in the Reno / Sparks area.
- A "For Sale" sign, with an exclusive sign rider. Any prospective buyer who calls the number on the sign can be called back thanks to our innovative caller ID instant pager and e-mail notification system.
- I'll place your home on the Multiple Listing Service to give it exposure to approximately 1,400 real estate agents in this area who may have buyers looking for a property like yours. I will include up to nine photos of your home's interior and exterior, plus a virtual tour for agents to view. This will also include a special supplement where I will provide additional comments on the special features and value of your home for buyer's agents to review and print for their clients.
- My Sales Coordinator will do a group voice mail to our 100+ agents announcing the listing of your home with price and features.
- I will "pitch" your home on an ongoing basis at our weekly sales meetings to keep your property fresh in the minds of our 100+ agents.
- I will do an initial e-mailing to those same 100+ agents, with a hyperlink to your listing on this web site, so they can get more details if they have prospective buyers.
- I will design a promotional flyer.... with photos... to highlight the unique features and benefits of your property. Those flyers will be distributed to over 600 local real estate agents at various local offices.
- I will mail "just listed" postcards to at least 100 homes in your immediate area. Many people have friends or relatives looking for property in their neighborhood, so this is an excellent marketing tool.
- I will hold as many "open houses" as you desire. I will include your home in our "Featured Open Homes" ad that appears in the Saturday Homes section of the Reno Gazette-Journal.
Your home may be also eligible for additional marketing such as:
- A 360 degree Virtual Home Tour that can be viewed by homebuyers anywhere in the world using their computers. Buyers can "walk" through your home in a natural way, zooming in on details, inside our outside of your home.
- Advertising in Homes & Land magazine and Residence magazine. Both magazines are very popular with local home buyers and both have an audience reach and distribution in California as well as the Reno area.
